The role in a nutshell:

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Associate Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support the configuration, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) for our clients. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience with enterprise systems while working alongside experienced consultants and developers.

What you will do in this role:

• Assist in gathering business requirements by collaborating with functional consultants and clients.
• Support the design and implementation of technical solutions in D365 F&O under guidance.
• Help develop and maintain system integrations using Power Platform tools and Azure services.
• Perform basic system configurations and assist with troubleshooting technical issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation and maintain records of changes and solutions.
• Stay informed about new features and updates in D365 F&O and related Microsoft technologies.
• Participate in project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Learn and apply best practices in business processes and software implementation.
• Support the development and testing of new functionalities and change requests.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365 F&O, or Business Central is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, or Power Automate is beneficial. 
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical consulting environment.
• Any relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are an advantage.
