Job purpose:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining sales & customer records and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role is ideal for individuals with energy, ambition, and a desire to work for a dynamic, rapidly growing business.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales team/customers to register customers on the principal’s partner support portals and ensure all registration process are followed.
  • Ensure timely updates on the principal’s partner support portal.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team/customers to achieve the goals set by the principal.
  • Participate in the principal cadence meetings.
  • Prepare and update principal’s portal/partner reports for weekly/by weekly/monthly
    cadence meeting.
  • Monitor the performance threshold on funding programs and working with the sales team address the required areas.
  • Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns, when requested.
  • Support sales to update the CRM.
  • Process orders and Proof of Executions on order loading systems.
  • Check the data accuracy in orders and invoices and maintain data health in all systems.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or resolve queries.
  • Liaise with principles to ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Stay up to date with new products and features.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / postgraduate or degree in sales management
  • Proven 2 – 3 experiences in sales administration or a similar role

 

Skills Expected:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage sales & customer records and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Attention to detail to process orders accurately and maintain data integrity.
  • Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities to resolve any issues that arise with orders or customer queries.
  • Time management skills to work under strict deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Adaptability to stay up to date with new products and features.
  • Team work to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to achieving sales targets.
