Your role in a nutshell:

The Lead – Sales, Operations, and Analytics (SOA) will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, analyzing sales data, and providing actionable insights to support the sales team in making data-driven decisions. This role involves tracking key sales metrics, preparing reports, forecasting sales, identifying trends, managing CRM data, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of sales processes, CRM management, and operational strategies. 

What You Will Do:

Sales Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in sales forecasting and budgeting. 
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform sales strategies. 
  • Provide insights into customer behavior, product performance, and sales cycle stages. 
  • Identify key trends or opportunities for improvement from sales data, leading to implemented strategies that optimize sales performance. 

Sales Operations

  • Oversee daily sales processes including renewals, contracts, and job orders. 
  • Develop and launch dashboards to streamline sales processes and ensure real-time tracking. 
  • Ensure accurate CRM data entry and maintain data integrity. 
  • Manage and update CRM records related to sales opportunities, customer interactions, and sales performance. 
  • Provide CRM training and support to the sales team, ensuring effective use of the system. 

Strategic Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with sales leadership to provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies based on data analysis. 

Operational Efficiency: 

  • Develop and launch comprehensive dashboards for partner program insights and sales processes. 
  • Implement real-time data updates to dashboards, ensuring a 100% sync rate between dashboards and CRM data sources. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of Business Review (BR) reports. 

What We Look For:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, analytics, or a related role.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems ( Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
