Your Role in a Nutshell:
As an SMB – Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer success. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the art of consultative selling while working with cutting-edge cloud solutions.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions, retain customers, and identify growth opportunities within our Small and Medium Business (SMB) client base.
What You Will Do:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins, courtesy calls, and bi-monthly visits to strengthen relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
- Actively gather client feedback to improve service delivery and product adoption.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive business growth within existing accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and live demos to showcase the benefits of M365/O365, Azure, Oracle NetSuite, and MiHCM.
- Assist in crafting tailored proposals and solutions that align with clients’ business needs.
Product Knowledge & Consultation
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Modern Work (M365), Security Solutions, AI/Co-Pilot, and Cloud Technologies.
- Guide clients on best practices for leveraging these solutions to enhance their business operations.
- Work closely with internal product specialists to ensure seamless client onboarding and usage optimization.
Customer Retention & Renewals
- Maintain a high client retention rate (90-100%) by proactively managing subscription renewals.
- Identify potential risks that could impact retention and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to enhance the overall client experience.
Sales Strategy & Market Insights
- Support the development of sales strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends.
- Partner with marketing teams on targeted campaigns to boost engagement and sales.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Monitor and track key sales and client engagement metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management to drive strategic decision-making.
- Use data-driven analysis to continuously refine sales and customer engagement strategies.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning
- Work closely with fellow account managers, sales teams, and product experts to align on client needs and opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training and obtain relevant industry certifications to enhance your expertise.
- Share best practices and insights with the team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn about Cloud Solutions and AI.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a keen interest in sales and business growth.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
