The role in a nutshell:

Executive – People & Culture will be responsible for promoting corporate values and enabling business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

What you will do in this role:

  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process: This includes advertising vacancies, screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Conduct and organize new hire orientations to introduce company culture, values, and expectations to new employees.
  • Design, plan, and organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, company-wide celebrations, volunteer activities, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Responsible for carrying out Employer Branding activities.
  • Ensure all required paperwork, such as employee personal file documents, and benefits enrollment, is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Responsible for the registration of employees for EPF/ETF, Filling of claim forms, preparing supporting documents.
  • Assist in identifying learning and development opportunities that contribute to employee growth and engagement. Also, coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and assisting with HR-related tasks as needed.
  • Arrange Annual and Interim performance appraisal of employees.
  • Handling grievances, staff concerns & employee well-being
  • Responsible for the succession of ISO and other certifications of the company: Ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ professional qualifications relating to Human Resources
  • 2 – 3 years of previous work experience in HR
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Approachable with a problem-solving mindset
  • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
