The role in a nutshell:

The Executive – People & Culture supports the effective delivery of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, with primary responsibility for Talent Acquisition coordination, HR administration, employee engagement, statutory compliance support, and performance & learning coordination.

What you will do in this role:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview scheduling, assessments, and candidate coordination
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and talent pipelines
  • Assist in posting job advertisements and supporting recruitment campaigns
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, induction sessions, and system access

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Maintain complete, accurate, and up to date employee personal files
  • Ensure HRIS records are consistently updated and aligned with employee documentation
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, role changes, transfers,etc.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes, ensuring exit documentation and handover requirements are completed

Statutory Administration & Compliance Support

  • Support registration of employees for statutory benefits and maintain related records
  • Assist with claim submissions and preparation of supporting documentation
  • Support compliance with labour regulations, internal policies, ISO requirements, and other certifications

Performance Management & Learning Coordination

  • Coordinate Annual and Interim Performance Appraisal cycles, including timelines, forms, and system updates
  • Support Training & Development initiatives by coordinating training logistics, maintain training documentation and learning records.

Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives

  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities including wellness programs, celebrations, team building initiatives, and DEI activities
  • Assist with internal people related communications and engagement documentation
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational culture

HR Administration & Reporting

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture function
  • Assist with HR reports, trackers, and people metrics
  • Support documentation, SOP updates, and process improvements within the HR function

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree or Professional qualifications relating to Human Resources
  • 2 – 3 years of proven experience in similar role.
  • Candidates with working experience in IT Industry are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Good coordination and follow‑up skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
