Your Role in a Nutshell:
The Jr Sales Operations and Analytics Specialist supports the sales teams by assisting with proposal preparation, contract creation, PO processing, order loading, crm billing and accreditation management. This role focuses on learning and improving the sales operations process, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and in line with company standards.
What You Will Do:
- Preparation of proposals and Biddings, ensuring accurate calculations and alignment with company standards.
- Managing the accreditation process and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
- Assist with the creation and review of contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process POs and load orders, ensuring they are handled in a timely manner with accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to streamline operations.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills in sales operations and reporting.
- Accurately input and maintain billing data in CRM systems based on the created proposal and actual invoice.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or a related field, with up to 1-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with sales operations, PO processing, or CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
