Your role in a nutshell:
As Tech One’s Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll engage potential customers through personalized outreach, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You’ll support sales efforts with valuable information, maintain CRM records, and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborating with marketing and sales, you’ll drive success and refine our strategies. If you’re a proactive communicator with a passion for building relationships, this role is for you!
What You Will Do:
Outbound Communication:
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Initiate calls, emails, or messages to engage prospects and introduce products/services.
- Tailor messaging and pitches to address the needs and pain points of prospective customers effectively.
Qualification and Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough qualification of leads to determine their suitability and readiness for the sales process.
- Perform needs assessments to understand the challenges and requirements of prospects.
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or meetings for sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth transitions for scheduled interactions.
Sales Support and Follow-Up:
- Provide information and resources to support sales efforts.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and address inquiries.
CRM and Reporting:
- Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update lead status, and maintain accurate records.
- Generate reports on outbound activities, performance metrics, and outcomes to assess effectiveness and inform strategy.
Continuous Learning and Compliance:
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance outbound effectiveness.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align outbound efforts with business objectives.
- Share insights and strategies to improve outbound effectiveness.
What We Look For:
- A graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
- You have a track record and experience in outbound lead generation, preferably within the tech industry.
- Background working in a tech industry startup is an advantage; with understanding the dynamics and challenges of a fast-paced environment.
- Has the ability to engage potential customers through personalized outreach efforts.
- Proficient in using CRM software to track interactions, update lead status, and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used for outbound communication (e.g., email marketing software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to tailor messaging and pitches to address the needs and pain points of prospective customers effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with prospects.
- Expertise in conducting thorough qualification of leads to determine their suitability and readiness for the sales process.
- Competent in performing needs assessments to understand the challenges and requirements of prospects.
- Experience in scheduling appointments, demonstrations, or meetings for sales representatives with qualified leads.
