Your Role in a Nutshell:

The Sales Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, providing actionable insights, and supporting the sales team in making data-driven decisions. The role involves tracking key sales metrics, preparing reports, forecasting sales, identifying trends, and managing CRM data to ensure it is accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of sales processes and CRM management.

What You Will Do:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with sales leaderships to provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide insights into customer behavior, product performance, and sales cycle stages.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies based on data analysis.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data entry and maintain data integrity.
  • Manage and update CRM records related to sales opportunities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Provide CRM training & support to the sales team, ensuring that it is used effectively to track customer data and sales activities.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Mathematics or related field.
  • Proven 5+ years experience in sales analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, DAX or other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., D365 Sales, Microsoft CRM etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and perform detailed analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Communication & Analytical Storytelling
