Your Role in a Nutshell: 

As a Solutions Sales Specialist for Managed Services, you will be responsible for driving revenue, growth, and customer success across Tech One’s full portfolio of Managed Services—including Cloud (Microsoft 365 & Azure), Cybersecurity, IT Support & Service Desk, and Oracle NetSuite Managed Services

You will work directly with clients to communicate the value of outsourcing their IT and ERP operations—helping them boost efficiency, reduce overhead, and focus on strategic innovation. 

What You Will Do: 

Drive Strategic Sales & Growth 

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for Managed Services with Microsoft and Oracle NetSuite. 
  • Hit monthly quotas across services like Cloud Support, Security, IT Helpdesk, and ERP 
  • Lead demand-generation campaigns targeting IT decision-makers and NetSuite ERP users. 

Land & Expand: 

  • New Business (Enterprise & Mid-Market): 
  • Lead consultative selling for Microsoft 365 & Azure Managed Services, Cybersecurity Services, and Oracle NetSuite ERP Support. 
  • Customize solutions for clients based on their business processes, industry needs, and current ERP/cloud maturity. 
  • Partner with Technical and ERP Consultants to deliver impactful proposals. 
  • Account Expansion: 
  • Conduct service reviews to identify upsell/cross-sell potential for: 
  • Azure migration support 
  • Microsoft 365 endpoint & identity protection 
  • NetSuite module enhancements and customizations 
  • Functional & technical ERP managed support 

Client Engagement & Enablement 

  • Run discovery workshops using Challenger or SPIN methodology. 
  • Present managed services packages including SLA terms, coverage hours, KPIs, and escalation paths. 

Partner & Internal Collaboration 

  • Coordinate with Microsoft Partner Development Managers and Oracle NetSuite Channel Managers. 
  • Align with internal Presales, ERP Delivery, and Customer Success teams for seamless onboarding and handover. 

Pipeline Management & Market Insight 

  • Maintain clean CRM pipelines and provide accurate forecasting. 
  • Stay updated on IT service delivery trends, cybersecurity frameworks, and ERP managed service practices—especially in the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem. 

What We Look For: 

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or pre-sales experience in IT managed services, cloud, or ERP (NetSuite) solutions. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Oracle NetSuite ERP
  • Strong consultative selling skills with CxO exposure. 
  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals) are a strong plus. 
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability. 
  • Curious, adaptable, and purpose-driven—you’re excited to solve problems with data and AI.
