Purpose and Scope of the Position:
Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions for the projects of Tech One Global Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. The Tech Lead – .NET will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable technical solutions. This position requires strong technical acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and guide developers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance and recommendations for implementing effective and innovative solutions.
- Design and develop software solutions using DevOps, C#, Azure, O365, SharePoint Framework, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, including code reviews and debugging.
- Mentor and guide developers, providing assistance and knowledge transfer to foster their professional growth.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategies.
- Analyze and recommend feasible technologies for upcoming projects and technology upgrades to existing solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment and configuration of software solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges during the development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BA, QA, UX/UI, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in project estimation, planning, and resource allocation activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Work on overseas project assignments on remote or on-site as per the requirement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with C#, Azure, O365 SharePoint Framework, Angular, and microservices.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and MVC.
- Experience with Azure services.
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Understanding of application architecture and development of .NET platform.
- SQL Server proficiency in designing database tables and writing stored procedures and T-SQL, SQL Server performance tuning.
- Experience in developing SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Add-ins, WPS Solutions and SharePoint Designer Experience.
- Strong knowledge of Angular and related technologies.
- Experience with microservices architecture and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices, including agile methodologies, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Team-oriented approach to work but able to work under own initiative.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
