The role in a nutshell:
As a support engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, troubleshooting and fixing the system issues.
You will serve as an expert on the developed products and will provide solution to functional & technical problems experienced by the clients.
Responsibilities
Act as trusted advisor who understands business requirements, software capabilities, and apply the best solutions to fix the problems.
Experience & Technical Knowledge
- Experience in development technologies such as .Net, SQL, API is strongly preferred.
- Experience in latest infrastructure technologies such as Linux and windows would be an added advantage
- Professional certification or experience in networking will be a plus point
- Professional certification in Azure administration, Linux, SQL, Microsoft would be an added advantage
- Previous exposure in customer engagement would be an added advantage
Behavioral Competencies:
- Highly motivated, action oriented, persistent towards accomplishing tasks and drives for success
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Ability to communicate well in English, oral and written is a must
- Should be able to understand the global approach and align locally
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent qualifications
