Join our team of experts, where you will have the opportunity to drive customer success and grow to be a trusted advisor to global CRM deployments.
What you will do in this role:
- Carrying out requirement gathering sessions
- Participate and contribute to solution mapping
- Prepare the Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
- Implementing & Configuring CRM According to the FRD
- Identifying appropriate customizations required
- Properly document the required customizations
- Configure and develop the customizations
- integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM solutions with other systems
- Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, views and build standard or custom reports
- Prepare User manuals and conduct end user trainings and product demonstrations
- Performing UAT and Go live support
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CRM or equivalent CRM
- Experience in .NET, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS and other web base technology and tools
- Good understanding on API related technologies
- Experience in Microsoft power platform will be an added advantage

- Relevant Microsoft Certifications would be an added advantage
- Dynamic, result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
