The role in a nutshell:
TechOne Global’ services team is focused on supporting our client implementations through discovery and identifying end to end solutions, collaborating with client teams and being an advocate of TechOne products’ roadmap.
In this role, you will use strong analytical sense to evaluate ideas and analyze problems. You must be able to think strategically about the target audience and their business needs.

What you will do in this role:
- Maintain roadmap for Professional Services
- Building relationship with potential public and private sector entities globally
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify new potential offerings
- Provide oversight and direction on development of prospective offerings
- Provide assistance to sales team in selling professional services to clients
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales consultation to enterprise sales team
- Responsible for delivery of advisory and implementation services
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity
- Prior experience in delivery of technology services
- Experience in engaging overseas entities and managing and retaining relationships with customers
- Proven track record of successful service delivery would be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s and master’s degree in business, technical, or related field
- An outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
