The role in a nutshell:

At Tech One Global, marketing is about understanding clients — and building awareness about how our products/services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing lead. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. What you’ll do in this role:

  • You will establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • You will lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • You will analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • You will create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • You will partner with sales and global marketing teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
  • You will work in partnership with the Global marketing team – creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • You will conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • You will manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • You will gather customer and market insights to inform pricing and outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • You will identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • You will present ideas, final deliverables and reports to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

What we are looking for:

  • You must have proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management and decision-making skills and can be able to do multitask without sacrificing quality of work
  • You must have a metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
  • You must have an experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Comfortable to communicate in English both verbal and written
  • With at least 3 years of related experience in the Marketing field.
