What you will do in this role:
Duties and responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of is executive is to identify potential customers by conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients, and analyzing customer needs.
- Build the sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
- Consult customers on a suitable product to the requirement and conduct initial level product presentations.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Actively source leads from new/existing partners and customers
- Handle overqualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
- Keep up with the company’s products and updates.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the IT industry and a strong understanding of the IT landscape.
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and products in the IT industry.
- Experience in creating and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in the sales field is a must
- Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be highly organized and detailed oriented.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
