The role in a nutshell:
You will be accountable for providing technical customization services to our customers in a post-sales setting. Collaborating closely with the team, your role involves rapidly assessing customer requirements, crafting creative strategies to tackle their challenges, and implementing these strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do in this role:
- You will deliver technical customization services to our customers.
- You will document and validate customer business requirements related to technical customization and align them with the NetSuite functionality.
- You will participate in technical estimation discussions to determine the effort required for customization delivery.
- You will customize and configure the NetSuite application to align with customer-specific business needs.
- You will conduct solution walkthrough sessions as needed.
- You will facilitate remote feedback loop sessions following project implementation guidelines.
- You will tackle a variety of challenges, requiring the analysis of technical solutions and feasibility.
- You will exhibit sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for finding solutions.
- You will showcase proven experience in translating customer business requirements into actionable technical solutions, whether through customized technical solutions or reengineering initiatives.
- You will resolve routine issues following established parameters and procedures and escalate when necessary.
- You will contribute dynamic technical skills to the team and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to mentor other technical consultants whenever possible.
What we are looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Your proven experience in ERP implementation and customization, with expertise in ERP software (NetSuite)
- Your experience in a consulting environment, preferably within the Philippines and other countries.
- Your strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and business process issues.
- Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Your ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities at once.
