The role in a nutshell:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and other relevant tools. The Microsoft AI Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, building, and deploying AI models to solve complex business problems.
What you will do in this role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI solutions.
- Design end-to-end AI solutions using Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services and Azure Machine Learning.
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various AI applications.
- Utilize Microsoft tools and frameworks to create robust and scalable AI solutions.
- Implement NLP techniques and technologies for applications such as chatbots, sentiment analysis, and language translation.
- Fine-tune pre-trained language models to meet specific business needs.
- Develop computer vision models for image and video analysis using Azure Computer Vision and custom models.
- Implement object detection, image classification, and other computer vision tasks.
- Deploy AI models to production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing applications and workflows.
- Monitor the performance of deployed AI models and optimize for accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement measures based on feedback and evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Communicate technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Document the AI development process, including model architecture, parameters, and deployment procedures.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing and future reference.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in AI Engineering using Microsoft products and services.
- Proficiency in using Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and other Microsoft AI tools.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in languages such as Python.
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure and AI technologies.
- Experience with reinforcement learning and other advanced AI techniques.
- Familiarity with ethical AI principles and responsible AI practices.
