What you will do in this role:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize innovative and creative methods to source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with our organization.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide regular updates, and offer strategic advice on hiring processes and best practices.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the tech industry and talent acquisition, leveraging this knowledge to refine our recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote our company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and by maintaining a strong online presence.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment analytics and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing methods and improve the recruitment process continuously.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the technology industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess technical skills effectively.
- Creative Sourcing Techniques: Proven experience in creative sourcing techniques and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong project and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in using recruitment tools.
- Strategic thinking: Strategic thinker with a resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing hiring needs and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
