What’s In It for You?
As part of our Cloud Services Team, you’ll deliver innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. You will lead development efforts to meet Tech One’s and our customers’ business needs, adeptly analyzing and addressing complex business problems.
What You Will Do:
Sales Execution
- Engage with customers, collaborate with account and partner teams to drive and qualify new opportunities, and build pipelines.
- Identify customer business and technology readiness, implement strategies to close deals, and work with cloud team members in deal execution.
Technical Expertise
- Be the subject matter expert in terms of Power Platform and Viva Suite.
- Managing end-to-end full project lifecycle: define, design, develop, test, and implement solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, assisting with complex problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Work together with sales, account managers, and business development groups to assist with presales tasks such as creating solutions and drafting proposals. Devise and lay out technical advice according to the client’s needs.
- Deliver effective presentations about technical solutions to audiences that are both technical and non-technical.
- Facilitate a workshop and engage in adoption activities to demonstrate the benefits of contemporary work solutions.
- Maintain technical proficiency by ensuring certifications align with current work solution demands.
- Build and maintain PowerApps Canvas/Model-driven apps.
- Be the first line of defense and address issues to support business processes.
- You will Identify and act on opportunities for process enhancement.
- Stay updated with evolving tech and organizational changes.
Teamwork
- Drive project execution, partner with other teams on deliverables, and leverage relevant work streams.
- Work alongside team members and interact with technical assignments for personal development and learning.
- Develop a strategy and procedure to streamline work through automation.
What We Look For:
- Has a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- With 3 years of solid experience and background with Power Apps/Platform, Power BI, and data integration.
- Having Power Platform Certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, MS SQL, REST, JSON.
- Your experience working in an agile environment
- Your ability to work independently and within a team
- Your ability to deliver results with minimum supervision
