Your role in a nutshell:
As an Account Manager for the Enterprise segment at Tech One Philippines, you will spearhead efforts to drive revenue growth through new enterprise-level account acquisitions and by maintaining exemplary sales standards. This role demands a proactive strategist capable of identifying and securing substantial business opportunities and managing a high-performance sales process.
What You Will Do:
- Revenue and Profit Growth: Secure new enterprise accounts to drive substantial revenue and gross profit growth, ensuring ambitious deal sizes and profitability are maintained.
- Pipeline Integrity and Performance: Manage the sales pipeline with a focus on maintaining its robustness and alignment with broad sales goals. Ensure CRM data is consistently updated and accurate and perform systematic pipeline analyses to optimize throughput.
- Strategic Market Engagement: Identify and pursue engagement with high-value customer segments, building relationships to expand the customer base. Actively participate in industry events to generate leads and expand networking opportunities.
- Technical Intensity: Pursue continuous technical education to deepen understanding of relevant technologies and services. Leverage new skills to create customized solutions that meet evolving client needs and disseminate this knowledge across the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Social Media Presence: Enhance the company’s visibility and engage with a broader audience through regular and strategic social media activities. Utilize platforms like LinkedIn to foster interaction, promote company news, and leverage content to maximize brand reach and impact.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Sales or any related field.
- Solid background and proven experience in Sales, with at least a majority being in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the ECM, document management, or related technology industry.
- Proficient grasp of ECM principles, solutions, and prevailing industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders, as well as connecting with partners to foster positive business relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
