The role in a nutshell:

Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert those leads into sales. The account manager is responsible for selling ERP/CRM solutions to businesses based on their needs and requirements. Account manager needs to be knowledgeable about the features and benefits of the product He/ She is selling, as well as be able to understand the customer’s business processes, challenges, and pain points. He/ She also needs to develop strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Additionally, He/ She needs to work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase sales revenue.

What you will do in this role:

  • The primary responsibility of is executive is to identify potential customers by conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients, and analyzing customer needs.
  • Build the sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Consult customers on a suitable product to the requirement and conduct initial level product presentations.
  • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Actively source leads from new/existing partners and customers
  • Handling overqualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
  • Keep up with the company’s products and update

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the IT industry and a strong understanding of the IT landscape.
  • 2-3 years of experience in ERP ERP/CRM sales is a must.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and products in the IT industry.
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must have good organizational skills.
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
