Your role in a nutshell:

Tech One Global opens up a key role to connect businesses together. As our Account Manager for SMB, you are expected to conduct market research, promote Tech One and its products and help build client relationships focusing on SMB. Do you love connecting with people and taking businesses to a different notch? We’d love to meet you! 

What you will do:

  • You will develop and execute a sales growth strategy focused on financial gain without sacrificing customer satisfaction 
  • You will collaborate with the sales team from lead generation to sales closure target stage 
  • You will support the Business Development Manager in developing strong, long-lasting and trusting relationship with all accounts and customers 
  • You will assist in developing and reviewing quotes and proposal for clients 
  • You shall excel in product knowledge of TOG’s own products and third-party products 
  • You will promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting new clients’ objectives 
  • You will support the Business Development Manager in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to new customer needs and objectives 
  • You will help the sales team in meeting sales quotas by developing new business with new customers 
  • You will prepare weekly reports on new account status 
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory 
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.  
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Bachelor of Science in Electronics Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or any related field 
  • Your relevant work experience in sales and leads generation in a high-tech or service-related industries, preferably in software sales and software licensing 
  • Your knack in connecting with people, building rapport and developing a trusting relationship with stakeholders and decision makers 
  • Your ability to strive in a fast-paced sales environment 
  • Your voice in suggesting using and embrace best practices there is 
  • Your skills in presenting and communicating matters in a compelling manner 
  • Your solid problem-solving and consultative skills 
  • Your personable demeanor, confidence in speaking with high level officers, bold salesmanship and customer-centric quality
