Your Role: Strategic Architect of Financial Excellence
You will be the Strategic Architect of Financial Excellence as an Accounting Supervisor. Orchestrating a symphony of precision, your responsibilities go beyond routine tasks. You will strategically lead the financial orchestra, designing and implementing cutting-edge accounting policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting audits with a keen eye for strategic insights. Collaborating seamlessly with other departments, you’ll not only balance the books but strategically craft a financial narrative that supports and propels organizational objectives, adding a touch of brilliance to every strategic financial decision.
Your key responsibilities:
- You will implement and enforce financial controls safeguarding company assets through the strategic implementation and enforcement of financial controls, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- You will supervise the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
- You will conduct regular financial analysis identifying trends, variances, and improvement areas through strategic financial analysis.
- You will provide strategic guidance and support, identifying training needs and developing team members for enhanced effectiveness.
- You will implement and maintain effective controls for accounts payable and receivable:
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Related experience
- Your 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles. Preferably 2 years in Supervisor role.
- Your familiarity with local accounting regulations and tax laws in the Philippines
- Your strategic problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and challenges strategically, implementing solutions for process improvements.
- Your analytical acumen to utilize keen analytical skills to identify trends, variances, and areas for financial improvement.
- Your comprehensive understanding of local laws related to accounts receivables, tax, and financial compliance.
- Your strategic problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and challenges strategically, implementing solutions for process improvements.
- Your proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Your commitment to compliance adhering to regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to tax returns and financial submissions.
