Your Role:
You’ll play a vital role in bolstering our business by meticulously overseeing the collection and settlement of outstanding accounts receivable. Your responsibilities span the entire spectrum of collections, aiding in resolving customer billing issues, and curbing account receivable delinquency to enhance our financial stability
Your key responsibilities:
- You will optimize account settlements within payment terms
- You will proactively engage customers by implementing a strategic communication approach to foster positive relationships and ensure timely settlements.
- You will employ strategic messaging techniques to prompt customers for timely payments, contributing to a proactive and engaging collection process.
- You will tactfully raise and address disputes with the relevant parties, implementing strategic solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- Your track record as a strategic AR Specialist, boasting 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Your profound understanding of billing procedures and collection strategies, emphasizing a strategic mindset in financial management.
- Your expertise in navigating local laws related to accounts receivables, tax, etc., underlining your strategic awareness.
