Job purpose:
The ‘Consultant’ role collaborates with the key customer business decision makes, management, pre-sales, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and drive end to end value for customer success in their Microsoft digital transformation journey. He/she is responsible for achieving a profit and productivity quota made up of the combined expectations of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

- Demonstrate a passion for mentoring, supporting peers & sharing knowledge.
- Foster senior level client relationships and engage with senior level Microsoft, partner and client stakeholders to drive solution success.

- Express great communication skills, presentation skills, written skills, customer/partner relationships and expectations management
- Own, investigate and solve complex customer technical issues and project engagements and act as an advisor to the customer.
- Demonstrate customer obsession in their daily tasks by offering support in the form of technical advisory and owning solution delivery to drive customer success.
- Proactively scope and deliver the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company
- Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
- Drive for efficient, high quality and deep technical delivery engagements.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology (IT), or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft solution areas and system administration
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in any areas of technical support, implementation and delivery, and consulting etc. for Microsoft technologies
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft on-premises and cloud infrastructure services such as but not limited to Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange Server, System Center, Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to do the right thing under pressure and tight deadlines and shift basis.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills-both oral and written.
- Working late hours and weekends would be required on an occasional basis.
- Self-motivated and independent thinker that routinely translates circumstances and understanding into actions that move the business forward in a measurable manner
