The role in a nutshell:

As an Associate Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) at Tech One Global, your primary purpose is to contribute to the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming business requirements into effective and streamlined system configurations.

What you will do in this role:

  • Work in tandem with project teams to collect and scrutinize business requirements for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Support modules.
  • Aid in the design and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Facilitate the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 features and functionalities.
  • Lead user training sessions to ensure clients can effectively use Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Support modules.
  • Offer continuous support and resolve issues to guarantee seamless system operation.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of QA practices and methodologies.
  • Participate in the development and execution of test plans to validate the quality of Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Cooperate with development and testing teams to pinpoint and rectify issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collect client feedback and requirements directly to improve system functionalities.
  • Keep up with industry trends and updates pertaining to Dynamics 365.
  • Pursue ongoing learning to enhance expertise in the Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Support modules.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Technology, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is a plus.
  • Having certifications of Microsoft MB-230 Customer Service (CS) and MB-210 Sales would be an added advantage. (Willingness to complete both MB-230 Customer Service (CS) and MB-210 Sales certifications within 3 months of recruitment is highly desirable)
  • Interest in and willingness to learn QA practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
