In this whitepaper, we considered some of HR’s critical challenges in managing their 201 files for audit, compliance, and document management to understand their condition and issues better and identify solutions to address them.
“HR 201 File: Audit and Compliance Philippines Survey” gathered responses from a diverse group of almost 100 HR Professionals, managers, supervisors, and staff who are managing documents in their organizations. 38% of the respondents are from the BPO industry, and 38% are with an organization size of 100-1000 employees. Most of the respondents at 46% is in a hybrid workforce set up (remote and office) wherein accessing files from office and home can be a critical aspect in an HR function.
