The role in a nutshell:

Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for Establishing contact and developing relationships with customers over the phone and generating prospects, continues follow-up till the sales closure

 

What you will do in this role:

  • Maintaining calling Plan daily/weekly with minimum of 25 calls per day
  • Monitor changes of prices and new products regularly.
  • Ensure the expansion of market coverage with generating new prospects.
  • Follow-up from Prospect generation till sales closure with Account Managers and with client
  • Provide competitor information to management on a regular basis.
  • Provide options for expansion of sales.
  • Identify and report new and changing customer requirements on products.
  • Provide information on key product sales.
  • Provide KPI progress information on a weekly basis.
  • Attend to customer complaints on products and services and divert it to relevant account manager for a resolution and follow-up.
  • Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

 

  What we are looking for:

  1. Degree / Higher Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management.
  2. 1 – 3 years of previous work experience in sales, preferably from software / IT industry.
  3. Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. A team player with a high level of dedication.
  6. Excellent communication ability in both Sinhala and English.
