Your Role: Elevate IT excellence in the dynamic landscape of the Philippines, steering strategic projects
As our Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, leading projects in Modern Work, Security and Cloud Infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for turning complex challenges into successful milestones, ensuring both client satisfaction and team growth. Your expertise will not only manage projects but also shape the future of cloud solutions.
Your key responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Planning and Execution:
- You will lead the development of project plans that strategically align with organizational objectives, ensuring successful and purposeful execution.
- Proactive Risk Management:
- Your role involves identifying and proactively managing high-impact risks, implementing strategic mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and uphold quality standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment:
- As an IT Project Manager, you will strategically communicate with stakeholders, ensuring their alignment with project goals and fostering strong collaboration for strategic project success.
- Resource Optimization for Impact:
- You will strategically allocate and optimize resources to enhance efficiency, ensuring that project outcomes meet or exceed expectations within specified budgetary constraints.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, backed by 5 years or more of professional experience
- Your 5 years or more of Experience in Managing Complex IT Projects especially in cloud-based solutions.
- Your Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills have evolved through years of practice
- Your Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking
- Your exceptional leadership skills and a knack for nurturing talent.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Your passion for innovation and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
