Your role in a nutshell:
As Tech One’s Outbound Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll engage potential customers through personalized outreach, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You’ll support sales efforts with valuable information, maintain CRM records, and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborating with marketing and sales, you’ll drive success and refine our strategies. If you’re a proactive communicator with a passion for building relationships, this role is for you!
What You Will Do:
- Outbound Communication:
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Initiate calls, emails, or messages to engage prospects and introduce products/services.
- Tailor messaging and pitches to address the needs and pain points of prospective customers effectively.
- Qualification and Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough qualification of leads to determine their suitability and readiness for the sales process.
- Perform needs assessments to understand the challenges and requirements of prospects.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or meetings for sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth transitions for scheduled interactions.
- Sales Support and Follow-Up:
- Provide information and resources to support sales efforts.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and address inquiries.
What We Look For:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training are a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation, sales, or telemarketing, preferably within the IT industry.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Business Central, Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with IT products and services.
- Proficiency with lead generation tools and techniques (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach).
- Basic understanding of data analytics to track and measure lead generation efforts.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively engage potential leads.
Sales Skills:
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings or demos.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to research and identify potential leads through various channels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and prioritize outreach efforts.
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
Certifications (optional but beneficial):
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields
