The role in a nutshell:
Manager, Global Delivery shall lead the successful implementation of Microsoft ERP, Enadoc, and Flowdoh product projects for our clients. Should have a proven track record in managing end-to-end implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple D365 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed according to established project management methodologies and SOPs.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers and other project delivery personnel.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional growth and development.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships and understanding their specific needs and expectations.
- Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and issues to clients, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
- Allocate resources to meet project requirements efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments, to ensure adequate staffing for project needs.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and project compliance.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Address issues as they arise and work with the project management team to resolve them.
- Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring projects are within budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications.
- Provide regular reports to the senior management on project progress, risks, and financials.
- Stay current with industry trends and Microsoft D365 product developments.
- Promote best practices and process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that projects comply with all relevant company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold project governance and quality control standards.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft ERP solutions, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics AX, or Dynamics NAV.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations is a plus.
