The role in a nutshell:
You will lead this digital transformation to help organizations be at the top of their game. You’ll need your keen interest in business process automation and technology to drive this role. You are a customer-focused team player who will collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to meet the project timelines and customer expectations.
What you’ll do in this role:
- You will understand and document client’s business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- You will analyze existing systems and propose ERP solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- You will configure, customize, and test ERP modules to align with client requirements.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems with other business applications.
- You will conduct end-user training sessions and create user manuals to facilitate system adoption.
- You will provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP systems, ensuring smooth operations.
- You will participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and migration projects.
- You will stay updated with the latest ERP trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- You will offer expert advice on business process improvements and suggest ERP system optimizations.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Information Technology/Systems, Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or related qualifications
- Professional qualification would be an added advantage
- Your proven experience as ERP Functional Consultant or the like
- Your in-depth knowledge of ERP modules
- Your dynamic, result-oriented, and interpersonal skills
- Your ability to communicate well both verbal and written
- Your project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Your keen eye in details
- Your skills in analytical and problem-solving
- Your in-depth technical understanding and business first mindset
- Your ability to build and maintain good in relationship
- Your ability to work and fit in a team
- Your experience in using MS Office products and other tools for documentation and presentations
