Your Role: The Heartbeat of Our Organization
As our HR Manager, you will be more than just a professional; you’ll be a friend, a mentor, a leader. Your key responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies that resonate with our mission, core values and global vision.

- Champion a culture of empathy and integrity, reflecting the unique spirit of the Filipino workforce.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Your relevant recruitment experience – 8-10 years
- Your IT/Software recruitment background will help you land this role – at least 3 years
- A heart for nurturing talent and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
- Experience in HR, preferably in the tech industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a deep understanding of Filipino professional dynamics.
- A leader who embodies our values and is eager to make a lasting impact.
