The role in a nutshell:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the sales process, helping to position D365 Business Central as the solution of choice for potential customers. This role involves working closely with the sales team, clients, and technical consultants to deliver tailored demonstrations, proposals, and solutions that meet customer needs. 

 

What you will do in this role:

  • Client Engagement & Needs Analysis: 
    • Work closely with the sales team to engage with prospects and clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals. 
    • Conduct detailed needs analysis and business process reviews to tailor solutions that address customer needs using D365 Business Central. 
  • Solution Design & Proposal Development: 
    • Develop and present compelling solution demonstrations of D365 Business Central to prospective clients. 
    • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and proof of concepts that align with customer requirements. 
    • Collaborate with technical teams to define the scope of work, including configuration, customization, and integration points. 
  • Technical Expertise & Advisory: 
    • Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of D365 Business Central and related Microsoft technologies. 
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices, implementation strategies, and potential enhancements to the customer’s business processes. 
    • Answer technical questions and clarify solution capabilities during client meetings and calls. 
  • Collaboration & Communication: 
    • Liaise with internal teams, including product development, technical consultants, and project managers, to ensure alignment of solutions with client needs. 
    • Participate in industry events, webinars, and workshops to represent the company and showcase D365 Business Central capabilities. 
  • Documentation & Reporting: 
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of pre-sales activities, customer interactions, and solution designs. 
    • Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of pre-sales activities and opportunities. 

 

  What we are looking for:

  • Educational Background: 
    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business/Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
    • MSc/ MBA in a specialized business field is a plus but not required. 
  • Experience: 
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pre-sales, consulting, or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP solutions. 
    • Proven track record of successful pre-sales engagements and the ability to close deals in collaboration with the sales team. 
  • Technical Skills: 
    • Deep understanding of D365 Business Central architecture, modules, and functionalities. 
    • Exposure to complete project implementation cycle- ERPs, Custom Integration Solutions, Software Development would be advantageous. 
    • Experience with ERP implementations, configurations, and customizations. 
    • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and other Microsoft solutions is a plus. 
  • Soft Skills: 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and customer-focused attitude. 
  • Certifications: 
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate 
    • Any additional certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies. 
    • Qualification in Project Management would be a plus.
