The role in a nutshell:
To be responsible for the design, implementation & improvement of great user experience. Collaborate with business managers and IT teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience for the projects.
What you will do in this role:
- Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved.
- Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance.
- Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs.
- Prioritize and plan testing activities.
- Perform regression testing.
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
- Should keep their knowledge and skills up-to-date with trends, techniques & technologies.
What we are looking for:
- Educated to BSc/Degree level in an appropriate subject, or equivalent experience.
- Previous considerable IT experience (3 years) in a variety of roles including QA Engineer.
- An IT specialist with proven experience of testing and debugging of solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint products .and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Large enterprise level development experience.
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills.
- Team oriented approach to work but able to work under own initiative.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Ability to resolve problems in a professional manner.
