Your Role: The Architect of Talent
In this vital role, you’ll work closely with our People & Culture Manager to identify and attract the best and brightest minds. Your expertise in global recruitment best practices will be key in shaping our workforce, and ensuring we have the right people to drive our mission forward.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with global best practices.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for various roles.
- Work closely with department heads to understand and fulfill their hiring needs.
- Enhance candidate experience to reflect our company’s values and culture.
- Design and implement onboarding programs that provide an engaging introduction to the company’s work culture.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A passion for HR recruitment and a knack for finding the right fit.
- Experience in recruitment, particularly in a tech-focused environment
- Your relevant recruitment experience – 5 years minimum
- Familiarity with global recruitment trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic workplace.
