The role in a nutshell:

We are in search of an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Sales Executive to join our growing BPO team. If you have a passion for IT, document digitization, and hardware sales, and you’re looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and make a difference, this might be the role for you. While prior experience in IT sales is a plus, we’re primarily looking for someone with the right attitude, dedication, and willingness to learn.

What you will do in this role:

  1. Business Opportunity Identification: Explore potential business avenues and tap into new client potentials for our IT solutions and sell both hardware and services.
  2. Lead Generation: Engage in proactive lead generation through networking, referrals, and research.
  3. Product Presentation: Learn about and present our IT solutions to prospective clients, showcasing their benefits.
  4. Sales Negotiation: Engage in discussions with potential clients, understanding their needs and matching them with our solutions and the candidate must be willing to do field work and meet clients, conduct sales meeting.
  5. Relationship Management: Foster and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed.
  6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in IT trends, especially in document digitization and hardware.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work alongside our dedicated sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

What we are looking for:

  1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field would be advantageous.
  2. Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply but can also accommodate with 1-year experience or less.
  3. Technical Awareness: A basic understanding or keen interest in IT solutions and hardware.
  4. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Drive and Ambition: A strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in the sales domain.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with clients and foster positive business relationships.
  7. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic BPO environment.
  8. Age – Age between 21 to 35 male candidates are preferred.
