The role in a nutshell:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead for Microsoft Data and AI. As a key member of our organization, the Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of data and AI professionals, managing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of Microsoft-based data and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing successful data and AI projects.
What you will do in this role:
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Design and implement data and AI solutions using Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server, Azure, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Microsoft Data and AI technologies.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the organization’s data and AI strategy.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the data and AI space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, software developers, and business leaders, to ensure alignment of data and AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables through effective testing and validation processes.
- Implement best practices for data governance and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of data and AI solutions, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
- Maintain thorough documentation for projects, including technical specifications, architecture, and user guides.
- Provide regular reports on project status and key performance indicators.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience leading and managing teams in the implementation of Microsoft-based data and AI solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Azure services, Power BI, and related technologies.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make strategic decisions.
- Certifications in Microsoft Data and AI technologies.
- Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
