The role in a nutshell:
As a Business Central Trainee Technical Consultant, you will receive extensive training to provide technical consultancy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Development. You will work alongside experienced consultants to understand client business processes, design technical solutions, and ensure the successful deployment and optimization of Business Central systems. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a strong technical background eager to start their career in ERP consulting.
What you will do in this role:
- Assist senior consultants in gathering and analyzing client business requirements related to Business Central.
- Participate in the design, customization, and implementation of Business Central solutions.
- Provide technical support to clients during and after the implementation of Business Central.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central functionalities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including customizations, configurations, and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools related to Business Central (e.g., AL language, Visual Studio Code).
- Understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Previous internship or project experience in a technical role is a plus.
- Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn about Business Central.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- JavaScript, .NET, and C#.
- Experience integrating with web technologies, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Advanced knowledge of Relational Databases (Microsoft SQL).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
