What you will do in this role:
As a Microsoft VIVA, Teams Applications, and Collaboration Trainer, your role will be to provide training and support to individuals and teams within an organization to enhance their productivity and efficiency through the effective use of Microsoft VIVA, Teams applications, and collaboration tools. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, creating training materials, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of these tools. Your goal will be to empower employees to leverage the full potential of Microsoft VIVA and Teams to streamline workflows, improve communication, and drive collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to educate employees on the features, functionalities, and best practices of Microsoft VIVA, Teams applications, and collaboration tools. Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different user groups within the organization.
- Content Creation: Develop training materials, including user guides, manuals, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and other resources, to support self-paced learning and provide ongoing reference materials for employees.
- Adoption Support: Work closely with teams and individuals to provide personalized coaching and support during the adoption process. Address questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on how to effectively incorporate Microsoft VIVA and Teams into daily workflows.
- Needs Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders, such as department heads and project managers, to identify training needs and gaps within the organization. Conduct assessments and surveys to gather feedback on training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve training programs.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Microsoft VIVA, Teams applications, and collaboration tools. Continuously expand your own knowledge and skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Degree or any related qualifications
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills
